Question by true blue: Why does Best Buy “optimize” computers without asking customers if they want that?
Tried to buy a laptop there, and it had already been opened and optimized by the geek squad. Why do they do this? I just wanted a computer that was factory sealed. Is this how they are reselling computers that have been returned?

That’s probably the case.Just tell them if they want your business,you want one that’s factory sealed.Best buy is not the best buy anyhow,many places sell the same things cheaper,sometimes much cheaper.
